Yet another piece for naarmamo. Yes, I haven't been posting them here every day, but I've been posting them in the comm every day.

I actually worked on this piece over the last few days. I'm not entirely pleased, but it's not bad for a first-attempt at the technique.

Though I think the only reason I managed to keep up with the whole thing is that one can do a whole bunch of photos at once and then show them one at a time. Still, I think it was great, anyway, because
(a) I did manage to get some beadwork done, bought some yummy new beads and completely reorganized my bead collection
(b) Taking photos really makes you pay attention to the beauty around you.

I have been neglectful and not posted stuff. I thought I would manage to get some beadwork done, but the arrival of lucious yummy new beads I'd gotten mail-order prompted me to sort all my bead stuff, and it is still lying all over the dining room table. But I took more photos this afternoon, for my Annual Taking Photos Of My Blossom Tree, because I wanted to get it while it still had a few buds rather than full bloom, but I should have done it yesterday, because it's blooming fast. So I bring you three photos from today, from my garden and places nearby.
