Iconage!

kerravonsen: animated sequence of geeks with the word "geek" around them (geek-anim)

Whee! I have made myself another animated icon! It's a pity the size is limited, because I would have liked to blend it, but I guess you can put up with a jerky image-change. One thing that frustrates me is people who make animated icons, and have them run at such a fast pace that one can't read the captions. Another frustration is icons where the caption is so faint and in such small letters that you can't read it either. So I am trying to avoid both those problems here. What 'cha think?

I don't recognize the long-haired guy or the guy with the purple background...

but my inner geek has come out to play! :)

It's very pretty and I know all the characters
But...
Animated icons are incredibly distracting when I'm trying to read a post.

Very nice. Glad to see you ended up with Avon on 'geek'. Who's the long-haired guy?

for visibility, you've done the right thing in outlining the letters in an opposing colour. It's a simply thing that a lot of people don't think to do... Also, I guess, finding a font that looks good when small is good...
