Dialogue Without Plot

I thought of this in the shower this morning. Problem is, I can't think of any companion that this dialogue would fit.
"Anywhere in time and space. Anyone in history." The Doctor grinned. "What do you fancy?"
"I'd suggest Moses, but he's rather difficult to date."
"You want to date Moses?"
"You're the pilot; you'd have to date him."
"I do not want to date Moses!"
"Didn't think you would. I mean, we don't even know which Pharoh it was."

Date: 2008-07-18 02:33 am (UTC)I don't think it would fit Donna, for a few reasons:
1) I don't think she'd be interested in seeing Moses.
2) She wouldn't be oblivious to the double meaning of "date".
Problem #1 could possibly be solved if I could think of someone else well-known whose dates are not well-known.

Still, it's a delightful little bit of dialogue.
