Beatles filk

This week's b7friday theme was Beatle song titles, but I went further and went for the whole song, and made a filk.

You know, I am a wee bit envious. I tried to do this one a couple of years back, but never got any good lines except "and the soma flows all day". My hat's off.

Thanks you! Sometimes they work, sometimes not. You can blame Judith for corrupting me with filking, except that I had written filks before I met her. Though I admit I've written more since.
For this one, the hardest bit was coming up with something to replace "yellow submarine". I was originally going to go with "Liberator craft", but though it had the right number of syllables, didn't flow well enough...

I was using "Deep Space Vehicle", which has a similar flow problem.

Hm. This reminds me that I should get back to my filk of Michelle (aka The Seduction of Zukan). It only needed one more verse, if I can just find where I stuck the paper...
