Well, the Multiverse 2005 authors have been revealed (though the author index isn't up, the authors are now on the stories, so I can now put my stories up on my page.

And now I'm going to whine. I got no feedback on these. Zero. Zilch. Nada. None. If I didn't happen to have looked at remarks by izhilzha and lady_smith about Multiverse, I wouldn't even have known that anybody had even read them or had any positive feelings about them. No, I'm not a feedback whore. I don't expect to be flooded with feedback, I don't hold stories hostage. But geeze! Not ONE SINGLE BIT OF FEEDBACK? Not even from the people I actually WROTE these stories FOR? Not even one single word?

I am seriously annoyed.

Part of the reason for keeping authors anonymous for a week is so that people can get genuine feedback, without just sending things because "XYZ is my friend". I like that idea.

I know, I know, I know, now I'm never going to know if people send feedback now because they heard my whine. It's just not fair.

I hope you get more feedback. I didn't leave any there, because most of the stories weren't ones I was interested in.

I've started wondering if people were scared off by the blandness of the title "A Dubious Ally". But that title was better than the stupid thing I couldn't think of when I wrote it.

Yeah, especially when I made that comment in your LJ, you got really suspicious. Except, of course, that I really had forgotten about my MV story, and I really was trying to track down that Jack & Jack story (which I still haven't tracked down, but I've had other things on my mind).

Huh. I thought I had sent feedback on "Ask Questions Afterward" (I didn't read the other one, not being familiar with Stargate), but maybe it was one of the ones I printed to read offline, and I didn't. (I fear I missed sending feedback to several stories, but I don't have any actual way to tell which I did and which I didn't.) I did like the characterization, anyway, especially of Leia.

I had the same problem as vilakins. Though I think it was on the same story, so I don't know how widespread it was.

Strange... I know she tested the feedback thing before the archive went live, because it was my story she tested it on, and there weren't any problems. Maybe there was just one particular page where it was messed up?

Okay, this is getting spooky! I know that andraste had the correct email address for me, because I got some test posts when she was setting up the site.

And I know that other people have gotten feedback, because I just got an email from someone I sent feedback to.
