Oh no! Another Toe!
Mar. 24th, 2005 11:09 amThe other Toe has decided to join in the act. It is tender and infected. (sigh) Well, at least the original Toe seems to be settling down; the dental-floss treatment seems to have warded off its desire to start growing in on the other side. Not so for the left-hand toe, though. And unfortunately this puts a recalcitrant Toe on the same foot as the ever-present Heel, which has itself flared up, such that I dare not walk around without my Nikes to cushion it.
I've left a message for my doctor to call me if he can, but if he can't then parental Doctor advice is to spend Easter sitting at home bathing the Toe. (sigh) Just as well I hadn't made any particularly firm plans...
(sigh)
(throb, throb, throb goes the Toe...)
And if somebody dares suggest that someone has cursed my feet, I shall point genetics at them, for my mother is having similar trouble with overly curvy fingernails wanting to ingrow on her hands...
