Oh, LogJam!

I actually managed to download and install logjam onto my machine, so now I can, hmmm, do exactly the same thing as I did on the web interface, only do it in a separate window. What's the advantage of that?
Well, it can detect what music I'm playing, I guess that's nice.
I really really should go to bed, though this cough will probably keep me awake. (sigh)

I'd thought that the advantage of using a client would be that one doesn't have to have one's browser pointed at LJ (or even open) to update. Doesn't it let you compose offline and then go online to send the entry? I don't know, as it's one of the many things I haven't had time to try yet, I'm just sayin'.

It's the dragging remnants of the Flu That Wouldn't Die. All that's left is a night-time cough which disturbs my sleep and makes the daytime a cloud of weariness to plod through.
And since there are not enough hours in the day, trying to make me go to bed early usually ends up being a lost cause.
Though I'm actually feeling a little less tired this morning.
