Mar. 9th, 2005 06:58 pmI''m in Changi Airport, Singapore, again, this time on my way home. Might as well keep up the trend. I hear the sound of a crying baby and soft music and the clatter of cutlery and teacups -- this time I am in the Qantas club lounge -- for the first and last time. I managed about five hours of somewhat interrupted sleep, until I was woken up by turbulence, and an announcement to "return to your seats and fasten your seatbelt". Unfortunately, I spent the entire turbulence panicing because I couldn't find one half of my seatbelt, so that definitely woke me up. When I got the assistance of the flight attendant afterwards to find my seatbelt, he practically had to rip the seat apart to find the belt where it had fallen down and gotten wedged. I decided, since there was only about three hours of the flight left, and there were already signs that they were getting breakfast ready, that I would not attempt to sleep any more, so I put my CPAP machine away. As for the actual CPAP machine setup, they were a bit better organized this time, and already had it set up before I got on board. Well, they had a longer notice this time, didn't they?
