Hela! I am still alive, here in the Corfe Mullen library. Redemption was good, though travelling from Hinckley to Corfe Mullen on Monday was tiring, though much better than it would have been if I'd had to drag all my suitcases as well; while the Proctors didn't have room for me, they did have room for my cases as they had hired a trailer for the con.

It was really good to see altariel1 (though too briefly) and communicator (even more briefly -- I think the longest time we were in the same room was when we were on the same panel) and l_zinkiewicz whom I didn't manage to catch sight of until the last day, and of course steverogerson who was running around like the energizer bunny, and temeres who remarked that it wasn't a convention, it was a big party. And lonemagpie and sweetheartwhale and doubtless other people who are also on LJ but I don't know who they are.

And of course I'm now staying with watervole and waveney.

I shall probably do a proper Redemption report when I get back home... or not, considering that my remixredux story is due about four days after I get back.

(grin) Thanks. I seem to be alternating between overdoing it on my foot, and then spending the next day resting it. And it's COOOOLLLLDDDD! And not sleeping as well as I would at home, but the company is priceless.
