I think the most interesting bit was where Dream!Druitt told Helen to wake up.
Of course I could see the coffee thing coming a mile off.
And I knew the blood test would be manipulated, because they didn't have any failsafes. Magnus should have set up a double-blind and not told anyone what results she was expecting.
As for who it was, what I think happened was that, at some point early on, the creature killed Alison and dragged her body out into the snow where nobody could see it, and then took her place. Or just lured her out into the snow and knocked her out so she would die of exposure. That would explain why Will found her body in the snow. Initially, I thought that she'd only recently been killed, but the way the snow was piled around her, it makes more sense that she'd actually been killed a while back. Its choice of person to imitate was a good one: someone that they trusted, but didn't know. The Sherpa was the obvious person to pretend to be, but obviously foolish, because none of them would trust him, since he was a stowaway.
