Drilling pain

We just had a fire drill and I walked down eight flights of stairs. My heel is not thanking me. Ow.
At least I didn't knock my Toe against anything, that would have been worse.

Ouchie. One would think they could have told you just to skip the drill. Aggravating an injury for the sake of saving your life is reasonable; aggravating it just to remind you to take the stairs in case of fire isn't, IMO.
