Not a lot of thoughts on these ones.
The setup really made no sense; it was very handwavey, constructed solely for the sake of the plot. Solar Tsunami? What's that? Mining acid? (Yes, that's what they said they were doing). Pumping acid to the mainland? How stupid is that? For the military? What for?
So... handwave, handwave, let's get on with the important stuff: the people.
When the Doctor said he was going out to check on the TARDIS, before he did, he snuck into the room with the Flesh and did another scan.
I now think he did that deliberately, in order to create a 'ganger-Doctor. Because his mission was to see how the Flesh worked, including how people behaved towards it. If the swapping of shoes was deliberate, then why not the creation of the 'ganger in the first place?
I still think the second Jen-ganger was an escapee from the room of half-melted Flesh. Hence her madness and burning desire for revenge. But I still couldn't pinpoint exactly when she took the place of the first Jen-ganger.
What I hadn't realized the first time was that the eyes on the wall had been created by that Jen out of Flesh.
