I'm up to Season Four in box sets and Season Five is the only thing on my Christmas list. I'm about to go back and rewatch them all again seeing as how television has turned into a vast wasteland of nothing worth watching.
And antibiotics, yech. But they do help, it's just a pain taking them, so much sympathy.

Does this mean that you, like me, belong to the "Season Six Does Not Exist" school of thought?

Television has always been a vast wasteland of nothing worth watching, interspersed by the occassional oasis.

Thank you. Though the antibiotic-taking is not the pain... I've always been good at taking pills. No, the pain is (a) the actual pain of the toe and counting the hours until the next pain-pill (b) soaking the toe in hot water. Very awkward and somewhat painful in itself.
Wouldn't cold water bring swelling down better than hot? No. Cold water is good for bruises and burns. Hot water is good for infections, because it increases the blood circulation and therefore helps the body's immune system to attack the infection.
And the new pain pills the doctor prescribed for me are very drowsy-making, so I haven't even been alert enough to watch anything...

Atlantis is starting to look promising. McKay has transferred over very well and provides what every series should have - someone who isn't perfect.
