Oh, this is very, very impressive. It's been years since I watched any ST:TNG, and yet the writer captured Guinan's voice so perfectly that I could hear it in my mind. And I love how she used the meetings, out of sequence, in order to give us this little picture of the changes in the Doctor, through someone else's eyes.

And I would never have found this without a rec.

I enjoyed this one, particularly the Third Doctor segment, which rang the truest and most wistfully adult.
