Well, no wonder Amy's wedding is the flashpoint, since it is now paradoxical.

Okay, so I was wrong about Tony Mack, but Ambrose was the next on my list for Violent Person.
And at least Chaudry didn't get killed, phew.

But RORY! Waaaaah!

Now I know why the future-people-on-the-hill were Significant. Or person, as it is now.
I had also wondered why the engagement ring was apparently Significant, particularly since it was shown in the recap, and recaps tend to only show you what you Need To Know. Could the engagement ring be a key in getting Rory back? Or could it be a key in the cause of the Crack in the first place?

Waaaah!

I'm glad that the Silurian situation was resolved, but it is all completely overshadowed by the X-ing of Rory. As you may have noticed by the frequent "WAH!"s in this post. Rory was a person that Amy loved more than life, and she doesn't remember him!

I think the engagement ring should have ceased to exist when Rory was removed from the timestream - it was probably protected by its position on the TARDIS console. So yes, I'm expecting it to be significant.

I think Rory will come back somehow, that the crack has him and will release him when that story is resolved. The engagement ring still exists and the Doctor remembers, so I really don't think we've seen the last of Rory.

I had been spoiled that something happened to Rory, but was doing my patented fandom-denial, and then OH HEAVENS, it was so much worse that I ever could have imagined. She doesn't even remember him..

(Also, he died in so much obvious pain. Rory, no, you can't be dead, come back....)
