Automation here we are!

kerravonsenAs you may have noticed, I've just posted five notifications of five net-fic reviews on my site. This is in response to my poll, where the majority wanted me to announce my net-fic reviews on my journal, so I've announced them!
It was simpler to alter my mailing script to do it as separate posts (I'm using Dreamwidth's email-to-post feature). It isn't 100% automated, it's 90% automated; I get the opportunity to check each email before it's sent, but they seemed to be fine, so it looks like it isn't going to be a huge amount of work. The same script that posts here does posts to the KatSpace updates mailing list, which I will keep doing, since I have a clever script on my site which uses that mailing list to show the current month's updates, and I want to keep doing it that way.
While I said I was just going to post under the 'netfic' tag, I was able to figure out a way of giving y'all bonus netfic:universe and netfic:author tags, go me!
More netfic posts will follow over the next few days; I've stored up a number of reviews (my last bunch was September last year!), but I don't want to drown you in them, hence only five this time.
Do let me know if this is worthwhile by commenting on the reviews posts; I will quite happily stop doing it if I get the impression I'm speaking to a void.
