This isn't bad... azarsuerte would model herself after her favourite Stargate commander, mistraltoes would leave no medical stone unturned, lizbee can regale people with tales of squid so much that they get better just to get away from her (just teasing), drednort is so organized we'd always know where we were, grumpoldusenaut can glare at people and speak in a British accent (and she'll certainly brook no nonsense from the computers), kannaophelia would... make sure that Engineering looked pretty (ah well), and aizain is a very cool guy so this is good.
