I must admit, I played around with this until I got one that (a) didn't have a version of me from a parallel universe that was the opposite gender, (b) didn't have "the creator's plan was sh*t" reason for cancellation in it. Though considering that aizain was once compared to Yahoo Serious, I think he'd be more likely to be an alien than a robot, and he might not want to be human at all. Why must they always want to be human anyway?

After all, the Doctor manages it very well, and nobody imagines he'd want to be human! But then again, it's not that often that his alienness gets a showing. His observations on the human race tend to come from the perspective given from time-travelling, not the perspective of being an alien.
