(Alas, I haven't made a Bones icon yet)
Eeeee, a Christmas episode. That managed not to be saccharine. That managed not to be horribly cynical.
I like these characters.
Oooh, Booth talking about The Man Upstairs. With good analogies! Pascal's gamble likened to disease-prevention. Yes!
Interesting mix of beliefs in the group, too. Intriguing that the boss-man is a deacon. Oh, I like these characters.
And there Anita was trying to get into the "spirit of Christmas", and all the presents they gave each other. 8-)
The whole thing with Temperance's missing parents and not knowing, and then she opens the presents at the end - yes, she's crying, but it's the good kind of hurt. Just like Ivy's being told what happened to her lover was the good kind of hurt "You gave me back my life."
Interesting how Anita is often more in touch with Temperance's feelings than Temperance is herself.
