I'm tired. I'm so tired. I seem to be getting at the most five hours sleep at the start of the night, and then the rest of the night is a mess. Yes, this is much better than no CPAP, but it still doesn't stop the fact that I feel tired!

I have a theory. Which I just got. I have the smallest mask size there is (shallow). That isn't the problem, I think. The problem is vertical. The mask harness is only adjustable horizontally, to adjust how tightly the mask is on the face. However, it comes in a standard size (I think) and it was made, therefore, with a bigger head in mind than mine. And it slips off the top of my head. That is my theory. I shall have to talk to mask-guy about it (sigh).

Perhaps you can wear a beanie with socks in it. The weather is tending that way (sans socks, mind you)...

Well, to bed, so you can give yourself a larger head for a better fit =)

I was told that one needs to experiment a great deal with the headgear, and then sew it to the appropriate size. I have never bothered, but mine is definitely too tall at the top.
