I was tagged by

Sometimes it's ok to pimp yourself out. Post a list of your top five fic-favorites you've written, regardless of fandom or the reason you love them. This isn't about the BEST things you've written, but what you LOVE most. Then tag five other people to do the same.
These are in the order they came to mind, not necessarily in "most favourite" order.
1. In Truth, Beauty (Harry Potter/Buffy AU). This one took over my brain one Saturday morning, and practically wrote itself. It is fun because it takes a cracky pairing and takes it seriously. Well, maybe it isn't a cracky pairing, but I'm sure that nobody else has written Snape/Anya. I invented a pairing!
2. Necessity (Doctor Who AU). The hardest story I ever wrote. I shed sweat, if not tears and blood, over this. I'm proud of it because I made pigs fly! With a cool alien original character, and a strong Rose, and explored a what-if that I felt worth exploring.
3. Verity (Sentinel/Matrix). I got to do cool stuff with this, and explore interesting ideas, and tie things together, and turn things on their heads, and toss in spooky dreams and atmospheric descriptive passages, and have both Jim and Blair be awesome. Plus a couple of original characters which I rather liked.
4. Alternative Escape (Blake's 7/Doctor Who AU). I'm proud of this because it's the first long story I wrote by myself. (The very first long story I wrote was with a co-author, and under a pseudonym. It also is one of my favourites, but I can't tell you what the story is...) I got to do cool philisophical stuff, and Tegan and Avon got to snark at each other! (jumps up and down with glee)
5. Doesn't Look Like A Hell Dimension (Buffy/Doctor Who AU). This was just fun, and surprisingly easy to write, partly because it started off as a series of drabbles, so the effort was spread out, and I just had to stitch it together. I really like Buffy as a companion to Ten, I think they'd be good for each other. I'm not the only one to have written this scenario, but fortunately I didn't discover that until after I wrote this.
I'd be curious to hear from
watervole,
vilakins,
lizbee,
jedibuttercup and
jinxed_wood but you don't have to do it, only if you want to.
