I am staying home with lots of vitamin C and warmth in the hope of knocking it on the head before it gets too much worse.

End of summer. Maybe even Autumn. We've had a string of cool-ish days, and rain.

Ah, definitely a time for staying indoors, under the blankets, and having soothing warm drinks. For these occasions my mum would squeeze two oranges and a lemon, heat it up and serve it up with sugar. Loads of vitamin C and very comforting.
