kerravonsenThe Penguin Dinner last night was pretty good. They reserved a space at the Night Market, and then gave us vouchers so that we could get food ourselves at the Night Market, so we could get what we wanted. Though it was a bit of a pain with the crowds.
Today's interesting talks:
- Keynote "Would you do it again for free?"
(do we lose people to open-source if they're paid, and then stop being paid?)
- "Memory-efficient and Fast Websites -- pick two!"
(general tips and tools)
- "Redefining Input in X" (MPX)
(multiple-pointer input in X -- cool stuff)
I missed out on a few talks, doing other stuff.
My sleep debt is increasing, and I'm on the edge of a headache. Oh well.
Oh, and it rained this morning. Quite a bit.
