I pronounce the choc-mint Rooibos (Red Bush) tea I got from the specialty tea place (called T2) to be a success!

When I was visiting [livejournal.com profile] vilakins we tried some Rooibos tea (in honour of Precious Ramotswe, the proprieter of the No. 1 Ladies Detective Agency in Botswana) and I was sort of ho-hum about it. But I remembered that T2 had flavoured Rooibos tea (just as they have flavoured black tea and a range of herbal teas), so I thought I'd get some. And I tried it just now, and it was nice.

Choc-mint! Mint I can imagine, but chocolate? Now I'm imagining Mma Ramotswe buying some for birthdays.

You can buy it in big tins at many kebab places; here at least.

What does yours look like? Is it a loose powder?

I like Rooibos. Sort of like tea, only nicer. I tried it on my mother, and she didn't notice it wasn't normal tea, so I think it works on both fronts.
