Random Thought

Was cycling through my wallpaper randomly, and just happened to have a Labyrinth image come up immediately after (or before, I forget) a Doctor Who image, which made me wonder: how would the Doctor and Jareth interact? Especially Ten.

Still haven't seen Ten. I could see Jareth and Five arguing rather a lot, though.

Our Goblin King has his subtleties, but he still seems like an immortal child. An extremely successful one, who really can pass his time amusing himself. He has no conflicts, no itches to make him cruel, just tricky. He would make an excellent villain, in a vein we rarely see, playing for the pure love of the game.

J: How do you like my Labyrinth, Doctor? I've put centuries of hard-won confusion into it. Won't you try your skill?

10: It's been fascinating, really, but I have to get back and save the Whatever People.
J: Oh? What are you going to do with them?
(See, Jareth will assume that the Universe is simply the Doctor's toybox. Why should it be otherwise?)

I could see Jareth and Ten playing the Riddle Game. It's what two wizards would do.
