Go to Ligon Street (you're in Melbourne, aren't you?) and pig out on cannoli and cafe latte while talking about B7 and anything else that strikes our fancy.

If you're not in Melbourne, then let's stage the scene somewhere hot and languid. By a swimming pool perhaps, while sipping fancy drinks with umbrellas and bits of fruit in them. :-D

Yes, I'm in Melbourne, but as I hardly ever go to Lygon Street (it's a tramride away from the CBD, so my motivation is rarely sufficient) we would have to explore it together. Though if you like Italian, the best pizza in Melbourne can be had at Pizza Napoli Ciao, in the building where I used to work.

I used to live in both Sydney and Brisbane, which, while possibly described as hot and languid, I've never sipped fancy drinks with umbrellas and bits of fruit in them... you must be thinking of the Gold Coast (grin).

Well, I've had those sorts of drinks on holiday in various places, but not the Gold Coast which I've never been to. I've even had them here when feeling particularly silly.

And I do love Italian food, but the only place I've found cannoli outside Sicily is Lygon Street (sorry about the spelling; there was a 50% chance I'd get it wrong.) Yum.

Apart from the things you mentioned in my LJ, I think perhaps a beach cookout would be a good place to toast our marshmallows. Something else that might be fun would be going to an art gallery or a museum. But mostly, I'd just want to talk and talk and talk - writing e-mails is great, but it takes so long!
