Torchwood 1x13 "End of Days"
Jun. 14th, 2007 07:22 pmOkay, that wasn't bad. Even a level of "edge-of-the-seat"ness.
I wasn't at all surprised that Abbadon didn't like dining on Jack. IMHO, it got indigestion from "essence of Bad Wolf". Because whatever it is that Jack's got, it isn't "normal" life.
Abbadon, son of the Beast; yes, there's a family resemblance. Though why such a being should be imprisoned in the "bottom of the Rift" doesn't really make sense -- but then a lot of things about this plot don't make sense. Oh well. We got a lot of angst,
will that substitute for plot?
Over and over, Owen asked Jack whether he'd rather be stuck in 1940, and over and over Jack gave no answer -- because, of course, the answer was probably "yes".
"I saw nothing."
There could be all sorts of reasons for that, yes.
"The right kind of Doctor"... (big grin)
Yes, the Hand was the Doctor's hand, of course it was.
Well, one thing the end did: it makes me look forward to the next episode of Doctor Who. Jaaack's Baaaaack!
