Ah, that would explain it. I'd forgotten that that was the name of the villain -- which just shows how forgettable it was; the things I remembered were the snark between the Bride and the Doctor...

I don't think I could have come up with the name from memory, I just recall it was something derived from Arachne. I thought the character was a waste of the actress and of the special effects; far less than the sum of its parts.
