I didn't actually manage to watch "The Rise of the Cybermen" until just now.

Good:
The pacing, the twists.

The underground being called "The Preachers". Mickey and Ricky, ah that's irony.
Jackie and Pete seem to be always doomed, don't they?

The Cybermen design looks cool.
"Upgrading is compulsory. You will be deleted."

"Why get rid of all emotion?"
"Because it hurts."
Yessss.

The daily download, and the creepiness of all those people laughing at the same time.

Bad:
Why didn't the Doctor leave the power cell in the TARDIS? (He's sure to lose it) What was all that handwaving about the power anyway? He's just lost ten years of his life?
Why was the existance of the Time Lords supposed to make it easier to travel to parallel worlds? (Maybe it was because TARDISes were powered by the Eye of Harmony?)

Doesn't Lumis remind you of Davros?

What on earth does Lumis get out of attacking the Tyler's party? Why did the Cybermen refuse to accept the surrender?
