Icon Requests

I'd like to make some icons to cheer myself up, and since icon competitions don't seem to cheer me up, and though there are still things on my list of icons-to-make-for-me, it would cheer me up more if I could make some icons for other people. So, first five requests, I'll make an icon for you. Please try not to request stuff in fandoms I don't know, though. Though I know an awful lot of fandoms.
And general stuff is okay too, though it may take me longer to find pictures for it (unless you want trees, sky or flowers, since I could use my own photos for those)

Ooo. Icon requests! Unfortunately, I think the icon I was wishing I had today is in a fandom that you aren't--or at least, you aren't fully in. Firefly? If not, I won't ask.

Have you checked ff_icons? Chances are someone's made it, and if not and kerravonson isn't into it (I'm blanking right now), some lovely person there would probably be happy to make it for you. :)

Oh, thanks! I'll go look--I kinda doubt this one's been made, though, because the obvious icon from this scene is going to be made after Serenity hits DVD, and it's going to be Kaylee and her line.

I'm looking for a pic of Simon (doesn't have to be from Serenity to work, imho) with his little fragmented line: "I mean to say." :-)

Perhaps someone there *would* make it. *trundles off to see*

I keep on meaning to watch it, I have the DVDs, but I'm not into it yet, so I think I'll have to decline that fandom. I just hope Serenity stays in the cinemas long enough that I have time to actually watch Firefly before I see it.

This is crazy late, I know, I got busy over the weekend.... But I did think of something. :-) I would love a Simon Banks icon. Haven't thought it through to specifics, but something very Simon (maybe looking taken aback, a kind of "what the heck?!" icon; or that pose he does where he crosses his arms and looks all stern and captain-y).

Anything you come up with, I would probably like.

And if requests are closed, I withdraw this. :-)

Requests are not closed, but they will be slowing down, because (a) the next tardis_icons challenge is up (b) the next request is Tomorrow People and it looks like I'll have to do my own screencaps for that.

I actually have a very limited few good caps of Adam and Lisa from Origin Story. And that's about all. The rest are blurry, blurry, blurry. (Of course now that I got that tip from you about not needing screen cap hardware if I get a DVD player in my PC ... looks like I might be ordering some NS TP DVD's for Christmas so that might be changing)

If you already did this and I missed it, my bad, but I'd LOOOOOOOOOVE an icon based on "skyward" - can't promise I'll use it right away, as I'm maxed out for slots, but I would love and cherish it and use it asap.

I'm actually thinking I'll drop my "Tick/Adam OTP" one from lady_smith I hardly use it anymore and then I'll make "skyward" the default and use my Stark one for Farscape and Recs. I'd get alot more use out of the Doc/Cally one on lady_smith, anyway. :)

If you're still in the icon-making mood, I need a basic Giles icon for my Giles stories. Just a good picture--perhaps it could say, 'Kiss the Librarian'. If the mood has left you, though, don't feel like you have to do it. I'd rather you were all cheered up. :)
