Well, I've now entered the icons into the tardis_icons challenge #19, which will remove any temptation to keep working on them. This icon I have here (points to icon) is the one I didn't enter. It's too "simple" for them, but I think it is pretty.

The typeface is called "Harrington", a TrueType font I got years ago, and if I recall correctly, it's a shareware font which I bought from the author. It was certainly worth paying ten bucks for (or whatever it was). One of my favourite fonts.

It's beautiful. I've found a downloadable file, but no shareware instructions. Hm. Must find owner.

Of course, now I have to find instructions for installing fonts in ME; the OS has a glitch and doesn't work like other versions of Windows. Hmm.

Well, I could be wrong, it could be freeware. But I do have this vague feeling that it *was* shareware.

It looks as if it wasn't shareware, it was a Microsoft font, according to this.

On the other hand, further investigation here seems to say that Microsoft got it from http://www.fontbureau.com/, but when I go to their page, I can't find any sign of Harrington. (puzzled frown)
