I've done another 7th-Doctor icon! This one was actually based on a black-and-white picture, but it was irresistable, because he was frowning so frownily, I just had to do it...

I found a set of Seventh Doctor sound files (http://www.dwwa.net/dr7/dr7.htm) yesterday. Not that I'm suggesting they could be incorporated into icons, but I'm trying to decide which one I would put with that. Possibly the sceptical-sounding "Yes" or the exasperated "Nononono!"

Interesting site, though the sound files themselves (the ones I looked at in any case) seem to be rather distorted.
