These molecule diagrams are fun. Science and Art together!

I'm proud of the fact that I constructed the molecule diagram myself, using GraphViz, a program which constructs directed and undirected graphs (networks) from a textual description. For the molecules, the nodes are atoms, and the edges are bonds.

I mean, everyone does theobroma (chocolate) and caffeine, but I wanted to do more than just that. So I tracked down interesting molecules, and made diagrams for them (SVG files, so I can resize them to any size I want). Some molecules such as oxytocin (a favourite, I know) are just too large to make good diagrams with; by the time it's shrunk down to a reasonable size, it's just a bunch of lines and I can't do anything pretty with it.
