Which is more "real": full-cream powdered milk, or skim milk? They have both had something taken away from them, so perhaps neither of them are "real milk".

The question is: What is more important, it's “reality” status, or it's flavour?

So true. Now, I must confess that if there is one thing I detest, it is the idealized real cow's milk. I have had the opportunity to drink it freshly milked, and as a good city girl, I found it disgusting.
