How To Sleep Well, Or Not
Aug. 29th, 2019 10:52 pm- Go to bed at a reasonable time.
- Don't wake up at 4:30AM.
- If you wake up at 4:30AM, don't get up.
- If you do get up, stay up, don't go back to bed and sleep all morning/afternoon.
Needless to say, I failed to do all these things today. (sigh)
