Okay, a 'continental cucumber' is a 'cucumber'.

A 'green cucumber' looks like a 'ridge cucumber' (which taste better than the ordinary ones, but are never in the shops, maybe because they don't look as smooth)

'Lebanese cucumbers' have no equivalent over here as far as I know. They're really a bit too big to be gherkins (and gherkins are only ever found as pickles in any case)

'truss tomatoes' made me laugh. We call them tomatoes on the vine. 'Truss' has other connotations...
