BAD Amazon. On the other hand, it is possible that they are waiting for the New Improved Version With Actual Italics As Supplied By The Author and Publisher (hopefully to be printed later this month), which from a textual point of view is greatly preferable to the Bungled First Edition By Bad Printers Who Did Not Notice They Lost The Italics.

(Though as anywherebeyond keeps telling me -- collectors' item!)
