Yesterday I went shopping, and wandered into a shop which I knew would be a temptation -- Riot Art & Craft -- and I bought things I didn't even know existed. Such as plain, undecorated present-bags (that is, heavy paper bags intended to put presents into, so that one doesn't have to wrap them, just put them in the bag). Anyway, the idea is to decorate the bags yourself, with fun things like stickers and glitter... so I bought them for fun (and some stickers and glitter too, of course). And this afternoon I decorated a few.

	Party Bag 1 Or a pressie bag; I decorated this with stickers and glitter. I really liked these fish stickers, they were pretty and tasteful.
	Party Bag 2 Another bag for presents; again, stickers and glitter (a different kind of glitter from the previous one). This was was totally for the silly fun, what with the silly aliens and the cats in space suits. And multiple signposts to Mars. 8-P

Oh pretty!! (Of course, I always do wrap them before putting them in the bag, so the recipient can't see them... but then, that's me)

For bags with handles, I usually put tissue paper in the bag to hide the present--a piece of tissue paper to line the bag, then a piece of tissue paper stuffed into the bag on top of the present.

For bags without handles, like yours, I've seen people fold the top of the bag over, punch two holes through, thread ribbon through the holes and tie a pretty little bow with the ribbon. I thought that was very clever the first time I saw it. You wouldn't even necessarily have to fold the bag over.
