My roof is leaking.

On the upside, my brother is coming over to look at it.

Oh, dear. I hope that, as roof leaks go, it can be fixed without too much trouble.

My wonderful brother walked all over the roof and said that my gutters were clogged, and he cleaned them. However, my roof is also rusting, which means it's going to have to be replaced in the next couple of years. 8-(

I guess that's better than finding out in a couple of years that it has to be done, NOW. At least this way you can try to plan ahead for it.
