Devising

Spent a good part of this morning devising variant rules for Settlers of Catan to turn it into an "explore" game after a suggestion by my brother the last time we played. Then I wrote it all up and made a new web page for it. I've called the variant "Explorers of Catan". I'll probably find someone else has already used the name.

Another thing I did today was mess about with gif animation in the Gimp. I made myself a lovely Methos icon, but when I tried to upload it just now, it was too big! Gah! Darn! I don't have time to fix it now, since Mum & Dad are bringing tea over and I haven't emptied the dishwasher (let alone put the pile of dirty dishes in) (sigh)

Still, it is rather nice to have made a new web-page.
