Just got an email from andrastewhite saying that the story I'm pinch-hitting for has come through after all, so I don't have to pinch-hit now. Whew!
(sighs of relief all round)

Of course, she would also be happy for me to finish the pinch-hit story anyway, but I don't have to.

Right now, I don't know whether I will finish it or not.
But that's okay, because I should go to bed now.
