Good News, Bad News

One of those "good news... bad news" days today.
Good news: I woke up before my alarm, yay.
Bad news: I started getting sleepy at 3PM.
Good news: I had some plunger coffee I'd made yesterday in the fridge, so I could make myself some iced coffee. (Which I am drinking now)
Bad news: I checked my server and discovered one of its external hard drives has failed.
Good news: It wasn't the drive that the website stuff was on. (Mind you, I haven't updated the www.katspace.org website in YEARS. I really should just wipe it out. Except maybe somebody finds some of the stuff there useful perhaps? Dunno.)
Bad news: I still need to replace the drive. And apparently Officeworks are having problems with their delivery people.
Good news: I started filming how to do the Faux Braid Crochet Join. (Or maybe I will call it the "Chained Chain" join, that sounds more fun, and less faux.)
Bad news: It was all blurry and out of frame, so I deleted the video, gah! I shall have to do it again, though next time I think with samples made of chunky yarn.
Good news: At least the videoing made me finish the last join on my current textile WIP. (Now just the border remains)
So there it is.
Oh, and the weather is nice today. This is a notable thing in places like Melbourne.
