Date: 2016-04-23 11:21 am (UTC)Hmmm, I've always considered them an optional extra in a milkshake/smoothie thing if I wanted to be extra healthy. From when I was a kid, I think. If you chucked an egg in a milkshake you'd call it an egg flip. Mind you, I don't think it would go well with plain vanilla or mild flavours like that, because you'd probably notice the taste of the raw egg. But with other things it blends in and you don't notice it. Bit like an egg nog, I suppose, but without alcohol.
