Something else. If it had been plantar fasciitis I would have known what to do about it - I first had plantar fasciitis more than ten years ago and it flares up every now and then, but I have stretching exersizes that I can do to nip it in the bud. No excersizes for this one - my tendons around my ankle area all decided to get inflamed and nothing I could do except not-walking could get them to settle down. Then I started taking anti-inflammatories and that improved it very quickly. Still not completely gone, though. And of course when the physio pokes and prods it aches afterwards as well.... ah but I'm glad that my regular physio is back, he's very good.
