That is Elizabeth Weir, the commander of Atlantis in Stargate: Atlantis, and she is fighting The Nice Young Men in Their Clean White Coats in a hallucinatory dream world which is trying to convince her that Atlantis never happened and she dreamt all of it.

Excellent! One of my pet hates is people who misuse "literally". I once heard a TV snooker commentator say: "The audience are literally electrified in their seats."
