Summary: An AU fic in which the dwarfs did arrive in time to save Snow White, but were unable to capture the Queen. Grumpy and Snow deal with the aftermath.
This is a lovely story. I'd never really thought about Grumpy before, but the author really brought him to life. And I love the portrayal of the friendship between Grumpy and Snow White. Another good thing about this story is that it brings a touch more realism to the story, because it highlights the seriousness and shockingness of the Witch's attempted murder of Snow White.
