Heroes #8

And the tension ratchets up another notch!

So... is Eden's ability some sort of mind-control?

Despite Matt and Tom's theories, I don't think HRG's gang actually caused the abilities to happen. They may have accelerated them, but unless I'm forgetting something, Matt was mind-reading before he was kidnapped. Unless they're saying that the kidnapping from the bar was in fact phase 2, a progress-check. Hmmm.

Oh yeah, I can see why there might be a "misunderstanding" of what HRG's gang is doing.

Yes, HRG really loves his daughter.

Why does the narration keep on calling HRG "the face of evil"?

Who is the mysterious Indian boy? Is he real? A ghost? A memory? A hallucination? Someone who has the ability to send dreams? Why was his file hidden in a locked drawer in Prof. Surresh's office when he had taken all the other files away?

Hiro was foolish; he took himself out of the game when he was needed. On the other hand, he probably wouldn't have been able to live with himself if he hadn't tried.

Mendez's painting shows Hiro and Ando under the Homecoming banner, but I think they're too late -- was that a shadow or blood-spatter on the banner?

Okay, so I was right -- the fact that Tom has escaped probably makes him the cause of the "New York Go Boom!"

Which means that they not only have to catch Sylar, but they have to catch Tom as well.

And who knows what chaos Jessica might cause.

How on earth can anyone stop Sylar?

ETA: Please don't spoil me for episodes I haven't seen yet.
