Waking up to jumbled thoughts of a dream about lost sailors, and pondering silicone moulds for notebook covers, I was also mentally composing the following (about the lost sailors).

For although I know the world is always turning
And nighttime follows setting of the sun
On the horizon lies the sun forever burning
And I knew we'd gone where mortals never come.

So there's your poetic fragment for the day.
