Is anyone besides me confused by the AO3 pseuds system? How is it supposed to work? They aren't real pseudonyms, because they are connected to each other, rather than being used as a nom-de-plume which hides the identity of the real author. So I'm confused. What are they for? What use are they? And why are they called pseuds when they aren't pseuds?
